Job Description

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties related to the payment posting

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Processes and/or posts deposits, payments, denials, and adjustments.
• Reconciles manual and electronic batches.
• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills.Preferred
• One to three years of related experience and general knowledge of payor-specific or medical.
• Specialty reimbursement. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
• eCW experience.
