Do you transmit claims electronically? And how does it benefit my practice?
Absolutely! Electronic claim submission is our primary method. Electronic claims are processed more efficiently and are preferred by insurance carriers. With electronic medical billing tracking methods in place, we always have record of when submitted claims are received by the insurance carriers.

What happens with insurance carriers that still require paper claim submission?
Most major carriers allow electronic claims submission. For those that do not, we will print your claim on a standard CMS 1500 form and mail it to the carrier.

What type of information do you need in order to process a claim?
It’s simple. All we need is a copy of the superbill, the patient information sheet and a copy of the insurance card.
